Possible 2010 release... they borrowed FF13 characters but since it is in the same universe they could borrow them justifiably. It would really cut down dev time and cost.

The more I think about this game and the information coming this makes me think it's a prequel to Final Fantasy XIII.

To the people who want a 360 port, that better not happen. I want to see Square-Enix make a game that is optimized for the PS3. They can't do that if they have to think about it for inferior 360.

Damn right. I'm a PlayStation loyalist.

I have a 360 mainly for my friends that have one. Since they are all getting a PS3 I've haven't been on the 360 for a few months.

I'm not against the 360 because it's microsoft though (even though I do hate that corporation), I'm just tired of games being announced exclusively for a system, building hype and excitement for it. Then announcing that it's also coming to another system. Example Final Fantasy XIII. Everyone knew it was coming to the PS3. That game is why alot of people were early adopters of the PS3. We knew we were going to get Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Devil May Cry, Gran Turismo, God of War, Team Ico projects, Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter (I'm still hoping), Grand Theft Auto (at least timed exclusivity) exclusive to the PS3. Slowly those franchises have become multiplatform.

I've seen what Kojima was able to do with his team when he focused only on PS3 (Metal Gear Solid 4). I wanted to see what Square Enix was going to be able to pull off when they focused only on the PS3......BUT THEY HAVE YET TO RELEASE ANY PS3 CONTENT!!!

So YES I'm bitchy! Sony needs to get a fire under their asses and get fighting. Which is exactly what they have been doing all year so far, but they need to fight harded.
