Xbox 360: is a tie Halo 3 (Multiplayer is top notch) and Gears of War.
PS3: Killzone 2. (Awesome graphics and a robust online mode)
Wii: NSMB is gonna be my fav!

Wii: Zelda

360: Gears 2 (I'm not to fond of FPS on consoles, but gears as a TPS and slow aiming movement, is a great fit for gamepad controls).

PS3: can't say I played much of it... I'd probably like uncharted best though.

PSP: FFVII:CC

DS: Ace attorney (truly zelda but the other was more of a surprise)

Iphone: errr... Pocket God ... just because it updates all the time =)

PC: There are no gens really... does WoW count?
