I finally got my new PS3 slim i got it from sony style for 199 dollars.
its an awesome console much quiter then my 20 gig unit but if you fell the top
it still gets warm like my phat but anyways i sold my 360 and psp to pay for the slim.
 and i was going to waite and see if they where comeing out with a 250 gig bundle for america
but  i dont wanna waite any more ,, plus i have 10 ps3  games install with updates and 3 call of duty map packs
and i still have 95 gigs lefts so if i need to upgrade in the future i will

I don't get your point of buying the slim when you already have the phat, and the phat you have isn't even the good ps3 models (20GB, 60GB and first gen 80GB). Your 160GB is basically the slim model but smaller and don't have the ability to boot OS. Why would you sell 360 and PSP to buy the same console again with less hdd?

you poor bugger, getting rid of the best games console in the 360.. I like my PS3, for movies
games and other stuff...but for a pure all out games console, you just sold yourself short by
selling your 360.
that means you won't be playing Splintercell, Mass Effect, Halo OSDT, Forza etc:...I feel for you dude

If he has a good enough PC he can still play those. However...he would be missing out on the ladder. The question is: Was he a Halo/racing fan to begin with?
