But in Japan, they don't have a 60gb starter pack bundle for only 100$ more than the 40gb, so the only reason to choose a 60gb over a 40gb is BC. In Europe, people are choosing the 60gb over the 40gb because it's a damn good deal, coming with two games, an extra controller, etc. In Japan, it's not such a good deal.
Just to point out in japan if you do a exchange its.
40gb $326
20gb $367
60bg $449
Before the cut the lowest price was $430
Entry price for a PS3 is now $100 less.
I think the PS3 has a good chance to barely beat the Wii for 1 or 2 weeks.

stop saying that. Mario will have the same effect Halo 3 did, pretty much none. Maybe move another 750k in 2 weeks then move to holiday sales then back to after holiday piss slow sales.

Really, if you're going to claim that blockbuster games have no effect, you can't go claiming that games *MGS4* on your system of choice will be any different.
see what halo did was sell to its audience. I think SMG will cater to a larger audience than Halo 3. Thus moving more hardware. Although, I dont think Smg will sell more than halo, but it is a game that cause people to get Wiis.
As MGS4 will cause people to take the dive for a PS3.
