I think it could sell about 5m in Japan alone, 3 in NA, and 3 for the others so it could do around 11m or 10m. If any game has a chance to sell over 10m for the PS3 it's this game. I really don't care what the sales is all I know is I'm getting it and it will sell good regardless.

Are you aware that GT4 only sold 1.26 in Japan on a userbase of 23 million of PS2.

 yeah and also why 5 japan and 3 others?GT is a beast in EU...5 EU and 2 Japan sounds better!

but i think it will do more in Others...im very excited how it does in the States...maybe this will push the PS over there...lets see!

Well, we will see, but that is my expectations for Gran Turismo 5, the biggest PlayStation franchise, LTD sales.
GT5 definitely should pass 10 mln. LTD, if any game can do that on PS3, then it`s GT5.
Though, advertising campaign should be also be big, i hope, Uncharted 2 marketing will be successful, that will work positively on GT5 future sales.

I think 8 million would be lucky/generous
Wouldn't surprise me if it was as low as 6 million

It won't hit 10 million, I think the general loss of PS3 market share to the 360 plus late delivery to market of GT5 will mean more customers are lost to Forza 3. Plus there will be quite a few of the 4 million prologue owners that are happy with it and won't pay for the upgrade.

Usually when you're making a prediction it should comes with a date, otherwise it shows a certain weakness in the belief of the person who made that prediction.
