Forums - Gaming - Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is a total mess up!

I played the hell out of the 360 version; never noticed any loading issues or any monster frequency problems. If anything there were always too many damn monsters to slay :) I must say, one of the largest guilty pleasures for me in the game was the blood. One particular instance stands out the most. I was in a narrow sewer with rounded walls and some punk hooligan tried to attack me. First thing I did was cut off his head, before it plops on the ground, I cut off his left arm, then cut him in half horizontally, and finish it up by cutting off his right arm. That's right, the first slice killed the guy, the arms and the torso, that was for fun. Then, after such badass slaying, there was a huge pile of blood all around my feet, on the walls, on the ceiling, and on the rails.. oh it was bloody entertainment at it's finest. Not to take away from PS3's version due to lack of excess blood, but I am one gamer who seriously loved the freakish amounts the game offered.

i know and thats why its good :)

the entire battle mechanics of ng2 was about the execution move performed on an injured enemy. when they took most of the blood and gore it took away the essence and meaning behind ng2 battle mechanics. if they were already going to tone down the gore they should have reverted its battle system to that of the older game like ninja gaiden on the original xbox or the first sigma.

however though they lost the original essence of Ng2 at least team ninja added new content to make up for it.

Wat?

On topic, I don't believe you can only fight four enemies. If that was true that would mean they fucked up the whole game which I don't believe even if Itagaki wasn't helping.

Titty control.

All other points are moot.

I totally forgot about that part.

I was going to comment on the low render res of the 360 version (which I bought) even though I could swear Sigma 2 still looks softer than Sigma at 1080p, but forget all that native render resolution hoo-ha.

Six axis titty control FTW.

loading time is too long, the graphics are as good as the 360 version, not better though. tons of enemies fight as once, fun game, extras seem cool, no blood just purple mist that comes out of the enemies. overall a good game.

I find it hilarious that the game has the titty controls but not the violence... funny how it's completely opposite to the (also ridiculous) notion that sex is worse than violence.
