It would be sad to see Wii back at 20k after the holidays, this sales are just incredible!

Their Q1 is dreadful, just like last year.  They better have a March surprise and then follow with something big for golden week (Mario Galaxy 2?, DQ Swords 2?, Monster Hunter 3G?, Wii Relax?) or I think we'll be hitting 20k before you know it.  NSMB has been a sales revelation, but I question how long it can hold the fort... Wii Fit at least had stuff like Smash Brawl and Mario Kart to maintain interest.

I know, this is the main reason of my comment, they can't just count on holiday boost, seeing how ps3 had many bumps this year because of third party games I can't accept the only notable bump of Wii was after MH3...I hope they learned the lesson, even if it's a lot third parties' fault.

I think SE should start doin a DQ remake or spinoff for the Wii. It worked well with the DS why not for Wii? Plus MH3g better be announced soon, or as u said Wii hardware numbers will start dipping in no time

I think we'll get more DQ and MH announcements.  More Musou too, even if it's just ports.  More RPGs in general as well.

^^ well if SW keeps this up, i'm sure we'll be getting one soon. And also the MH fanbase is definintely now on the Wii, so i dont think capcom will want to mess with that alot. And DQ, well we'll have to see abt that

1) This is being posted before Famitsu hardware numbers have been released, but Media Create's numbers are out and are quite a bit below VGC's numbers (30k fewer for Wii and 37k fewer for PS3).

2) Wii is leading the race for the first time since the beginning of the thread.
