I hope you didn't get banned for this thread, i got it was just a joke, but it's true it's sort of annoying to have people tell me not to buy the xbox 360 or to get a PS3 i'm doing it anyways, if I had money I'd buy both, but I stated my reasons for going with microsoft's console above

I never have understood why people are so dead-set against a particular gaming console.  I don't currently have a PS3, I sold it.  But I would never just come out and tell someone not to get one because I support the 360 more.  I guess a lot of these fellows need to just grow up a little.  

I was going to say that even if your internet sucks, you can still get online and download demos and live arcade games.  It may just take you a little longer.  There are some amazing games on live arcade that you should try and check out. 

for the price.. PS3 is so worth a lot more... It's a no brainer.. and its the same price dude

Not for him, The PS3 has features that just aren't all that important to many people, things like bluray, wireless, the ability to put lynux on it, and PSN which is shoddy when compared to Live and also, if his internet connection isn't all that good, he would not be playing online so all that is left is the PSN Market and the Live marketplace. Where in Bolivia, MS points will be easier to deal with than the currency nightmare of PSN. Also, the PS3 only has a one year warranty, after which you are pretty much screwed if you get the YLOD...which is just as likely as getting RROD or E74 now days. Also, the games for the 360 rival the games on the PS3, so really I see no benefit for the OP to buy a PS3 at this time, he already said he wants to buy one and frankly, I don't blame him. I suspect he may do so after his next bonus, so trying to "save him money" is not going to fly right now.  

I haven't played RE5 or Dead Space but I can tell you L4D is awesome. I also watched the Dead Space movie so I can say the back story is pretty interesting.

I applaud your efforts to be funny, but the newer chipsets have drastically reduced the chance of an RROD, thus resulting in the failure rate of the 360 and the PS3 to be about the same. Nice try though.
