It's even funnier when someone else says it.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Less than what it did the same week last year.

So the price cut week will do less than 330K? Even with Wii Fit plus coming out? Let me put it in perspective, when WSR launched in the US a few weeks back Wii did 337K WW, and you're saying that the Price cut won't do that? Seriously?
Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)
America : 150k
Europe : 160k
Japan : 60k
I'm quite sure I nailed it, I was quite spot-on with my MH3 prediction, afterall...

I think he's actually on the money.
One of the reason price cuts give big boost the first week is that all the customers planning to buy a console and that become aware of the cut delay their purchase until the week the cut takes place. From all account that has not been the case for the Wii.
Long term it does encourage customers that though the old price was too high to purchase it but those won't necessary rush to make their purchase the first week...
The Wii is hovering around 17k in Japan right now and I doubt it will go above 30k the week of the cut ( still would be a nice 80% boost).
US and Others will probably go back to 110k levels so add those 3 and you get 250k...
By comparison there had been rumors of a PS3 cut for 6 months and for many months we knew something was coming, we just didn't know exactly when...

You may be right that people aren't putting off their Wii purchases, however that doesn't address the fact that Japan is getting Wii Fit plus, UK is getting a new Bundle, and that WSR was able to life Wii's sales over 300K

250k in NA
250k in Europe
150k in Japan
First week sales with price cut = 650k Wiis sold worldwide.

Yep, seriously. But I didn't see you jump when many gave lower numbers before me.
Wii Fit+ won't have that much of an effect, and then why would price cut make sales explode? PS3 sales exploded because of the new model mainly and all the anticipation there was behind the pricecut. I don't think many were anticipating a Wii pricecut and even then they won't rush instantly to the stores because the Wii is not supply constrained anymore and this is not a temporary boost, but a definitive one.
So how much do you expect?

I have no Idea how much it will sell, I'm curious as to how well it will sell, it could sell under 200K or over 500K, I have no Idea.
But the reason I targeted your comment, is because of your earlier statements, you said that WSR wasn't a hardware mover, yet it carried Wii sales over 330K, so when you say that Wii won't do 330K the week of the price cuts, it kind of throws out your argument that WSR isn't a hardware mover, since it would have moved more than the price cut, which puts your Wii Fit plus argument into doubt, which is why I targeted your comment, since it didn't make sense based on your earlier comments.

It's funny how you like to twist facts. WSR wasn't the responsible for those sales on its own. You are purposedly forgetting that MH3 was launched in Japan that same week and it moved 95k Wii's there.
Now your comments are the ones not making any sense.
