Crossed are the innocent ones. Of the ones remaining, my (poor) intuition tells me that dsister, scifi and dgc aren't mafia. Therefore, I'm picking between the other four

I'm wondering if Zexen is sane or insane cop...

you should have investigated dsister. We already concluded that if he was mafia that invisible is mafia, that would have been 2 people with 1 check.

Also, 3 people just jumped to the top of my suspisions list. for the following quote. (all 3 said it slighly differently)

"So, it seems the mafia didn't get to kill anyone? Good job doctor! Although can they choose not to kill? I never seen that happen before..."

According to my research, people who congratulate the doctor are likely to either be mafia or doctors, which is why I originally suspected j0 but didn't want to draw too much attention incase he was indeed the doctor. Vetteman was the first to congratulate the doctor, while insomniac was second. Insomniac also congratulated the mafia, which is suspicious. j0 was the last one and probably the least likely of the 3. Vetteman also quickly jumps on bandwagons which also throws some weight behind the suspicions.

About that quote you posted, I was refering to someone who said they could've not voted to kill at all...

zexen is not insane, but he could be naive. I'm pro-town. I'm actually shocked I'm not dead yet though via the mafia, but maybe they were too focused on the cop and doctor. I do expect to die tonight, but if it can buy the town 1 more day I am happy with it.

I have no reason to believe zexen isn't the cop because if I'm innocent and he was mafia there would be no reason for him to defend me. He could have condemed me to my death easily. Final Fan is also a townie, which I deduced earlier and suprised that zexen investigated him.

yes, obviously while I was reading through posts I forgot about his death. But this just further proves my point about that sentance. The claim of a doctor doing a good job (ignoring zexen because he was the cop) indicates that the member is either mafia (more likely) or the doctor (less likely, but who died)

okay, for now im gonna stick to believing that Zexen is sane, so he, Nordlead and Final-Fan are innocent we take as given

now, the question is, who are the mafia?

well, there is still the dsister suspicion, but that doesn't have a lot of backing, and there is my theory above.
