They should just make their own console.

They're going to, or at least build a Guitar that becomes a plug-n-play system.

(according to Kotick) they are also going to skip consoles all together and make their games playable on TV so they can stop paying console manufacturers license fees, I suppose that when they are going to tell retailers to stoping selling consoles. and if other devs want to follow the suit they probabely have to pay Activision because they "invented" it.

at first I thought Kotick is the only d***head, now I see his d***headness is growing on the company, seriously, how far can they go?? whats next, charging Battle.net for Starcraft 2 and Diablo III???

GH Boss: Imma let you finish, but Guitar Hero is one of the best franchises of ALL TIME!

GH is too milked and is dying. If they keep it up the series won't be selling at all.

That's pretty shitty thing to say since those "Rival products" were developed by the guys who originally made GH.

So, if it weren't for Harmonix, Activision would have nothing right now (as far as music games go). And Rock Band is a better game anyway imo.

Well when you have countless GH games going against RB 1 and 2 of course you are going to outsell them. But its a different story when you compare Rock Band Beatles(RBB) with GH5 or RBB with GH Smash Hits etc. Im actually glad that RBB received higher review scores and Im glad that it will eventually outsell GH5 in lifetime sales.

Activision at it yet again...
*sigh*

GH5 copied Rock Band. You can't deny that fact.

"we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender"

A game company telling its customers what to buy? What a generation.

If Nintendo did this you at least get 50 threads on this.
