DSi isn't a huge graphical leap above the DS, and isn't HD. It just lost zillions of GBA games and replaced them with a handful of DSiWare games, so it's not really worth it.
Unlike the DSi, a Wii HD would piss me off, and make Wii development costs skyrocket, destroying the Wii's greatest advantage.
I don't believe in Wii HD. I think Wii will get a true successor later on.
Most likely a new bundle. It would make a lot of sense to bundle Sports Resort with Motion plus as standard to get as many sold and in peoples hands as possible before their rivals launch their motion controls.

I'm guessing a new bundle that includes a MotionPlus, Wii Sports Resort, and maybe New Super Mario Bros.
It makes sense to get Motion Plus into the basic package, it would mean developers could be more confident about developing Wii M+ only games.
