I have NEVER made it to the 3rd stage to judge, the 1st stage is easy no issues really, but in the 2nd stage like you said he goes all Divine Judgment on your ass and i cant dodge it unless i go EX Mode, and even then its only ONCE, after that he pwns me.

So yeah i agree 2nd!!!

Then i suggest training on the quick battle mode, because Divine judgement really takes a lot of timing to pull it right it's true, but once you do, you'll sweep by easily in the second stage, as you will counter him really easy while he's still one the same move.
May i suggest you using a Arcane Resin accesory? It will give you a 100& EX force at the beginning of the battle, and even if it's 100% breakable, you will get the effect on the beginning of each stage ;)

Gah, i have to vent out in here, i'm so damn frustrated at Dissidia right now!!

So here goes, I was fighting in blackjack DC, against enemies LVL 150, and was about in a x55 chain, i'd fought a few enemies with an Excalibur II but never got it in the afterbattle, so I was continuing along the chain, until i meet...her...

That big POS cloud of darkness!!! I hate the guts out of her, It seems that the AI can do things with her that i couldn't think were possible, and the fact that she's so damn unpredictable, made things a lot hell worse, since she pulls HP attacks out of nowhere (I hate, hate, hate Fusilade Wave Beam and Wrath Wave Beam!!!!)

Got to start the chain once again...grrrrr.....

w00t it works for all 3?!?!?! this will be a hell'uve alot easier then thanks! BRB!!!

And yeah Cloud of Darkness is a weird character, her attacks are strange.

It should work exactly as my accessory, First To Victory, which gives 25% EX Force, and it does work for all three stages ;)

I always hated CoD, it's the character i always have the most difficulty against in the entire game, because she's so damn unpredictable, the problem is that when she's at level 150, she begins with 5000 BRV and her magical attacks take almost 1000 BRV, so if i get hit even one time, i'm pratically screwed ._.

Oh and to top it off, i was fighting on Pandaemonium...Goddman Stage xD

Okay now.
I am going to explain how to get Ad-Hoc Party.
First you need a jap PSN account.
If you enter the PS Store choose the lowest button on the left side.
Then you choose the Japanese sign for A which is あ then again あ.
Now the Store displays all DLC with an A.
Ad-Hoc Party has a green sign and the name アドホツク... - it is visible without scrolling down

EDIT: It has a Video file with the same pic next to it, the only difference is on the bottom of the Videopic there is written Video and the name of the Video is in []

Thanks for the info Stefl ;) That will help everyone who wants to ad-hoc party.
Also i think i know what caused the lag yesterday, it was probably because my PS3 wasn't using a wired connection, and the wireless one that i was using was a bit clogged.
If we get to battle a next time, maybe we'll do it in a better pace ;)

Back to report on my newest build, with the Genji Set complete. Still can't get the damn Excalibur II, that thing must have a low drop %, even if i have 73 luck .___.

I'm up to any fight if anyone wants, just give the word and i'll stop playing Killzone 2, and join Ad-Hoc Party :P
