September 16, 2009 - A FCC filing spotted a few weeks ago suggested Sony would eventually be releasing a larger 250GB PS3 model alongside the standard 120GB unit.

But now it seems we could see a larger bundled harddrive sooner than we thought.

Tech website Engadget obtained an apparently leaked photograph of an Uncharted 2: Among Thieves PlayStation 3 bundle that comes with a 250GB harddrive and a copy of the game.

This news comes just a day after Microsoft unveiled its Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 250GB bundle.

We contacted Sony for comment on this, but we may not get an official confirmation until Tokyo Game Show next week. Or maybe never. We'll keep you updated.

Update: A SCEA rep claims this photo is a fabrication and the company has no plans to release a bundle in North America.

Remenber it says in North america.
