I pray your joking buddy. Apparently you don't know how big Final Fantasy is in Japan? Sure, modern warfare is huge too, but not close to as big as Final Fantasy, ESPESCIALLY in Japan.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you do not mean to say that Final Fantasy is anywhere close to as popular as Call of Duty worldwide, which is what "especially in Japan" implies. I will go on to assume that you simply typed whatever you wanted to say incorrectly.

I don't know, that's a tough call. I mean, sure COD has VASTLY increased it's popularity, but to say it's more popular (more known) around the world than Final Fantasy? I don't know man....

Modern Warfare sold twelve million copies before factoring in PC sales. That is a one, a two, and six zeroes. That's more than Final Fantasy sold at the absolute screaming height of its popularity.

I'd say FFXIII bundle would win. New exclusive on a new slim PS3.

MW2 bundle will still sell, but i think majority would already have the 360 and just buy the game itself as the preorder list shows a good number.

But do the sales of one game eclipse the popularity of a 22-year-old franchise? That's what I'm saying...

Yes, they kind oof do, since "popularity" is a statement of current affairs, not about legacy. Right now, Call of Duty stomps a mudhole in Final Fantasy's ass. That doesn't say much about the bundles, but pretending that Final Fantasy is bigger than Call of Duty is equivalent to shoving your hands in your ears and humming to yourself while mortar shells explode outside your house.

MW2 will move more software. However the question is which bundle will move more. FF no doubt. Hardware always goes skyhigh for FF titles.
