We are not done yet, sir. You set dangerous precedents in your N64 list which have to be considered.

Firstly, by including Killer Instinct Gold (which was a repackaged versioon of Killer Instinct 2) you have opened the gates for re-releases to be considered. More, you define "core" too narrowly, and at odds with what Nintendo defines as core.

Using the KIG precedent, we can add these Wii games:

Metroid Prime Trilogy
NPC Pikmin
NPC Pikmin 2
NPC Mario Power Tennis

But even without it, we might as well add these:

Animal Crossing: City Folk
Link's Crossbow Training

Edit: Forgot

Donkey Kong Barrel Blast

You want me to add Link's Crossbow Training as a core game? Thanks, but I'd rather take out my own eye with a melon baller.

If I'd known I had to use Nintendo's definition of Core I never would've even tried.

Nvm, you win, Wii is fantatic.

I hadn't realized rail shooters weren't core! I will gladly remove Star Fox 64 from your list for you, if you prefer.

Fine since you are so stubborn:

I'll start by going after the SNES, arguably Nintendo's best console ever made.

Core games from Nintendo (i'll even throw in Rare games), I do not include old games like the stuff in metroid prime trilogy or new play control games.

Super Mario World
Super Mario World 2
Super Mario RPG
Donkey Kong Counry
Donkey Kong Country 2
Donkey Kong Country 3
Star Fox
Mario Kart
The Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past
Super Metroid
F-Zero
Super Punch Out
Earthbound
Kirby
A few fire emblem games only in Japan

I count 15-18 true core games that were at the very least, great games.

for Wii I come up with.

Twilight Princess
Mario Galaxy
Mario Galaxy 2
Metroid Prime Trilogy
Metroid Other M
Fire Emblem
Super Smash Brothers
Mario Kart
Punch Out
New Super Mario Bros.
Sin and Punishment 2

Pikmin 3
Zelda Wii

Wario Land
Super Paper Mario.

There, i've already tied the great SNES with plenty of ammo to spare, if you can come up with a better non Wii list, please do.

Let's get this clear. This was your first claim on the last page:

"Nintendo has produced more "core" games for Wii than they have any other system in the past."

That's evidently not true. I see that you have included 6 games in your Wii list that are yet to be released, which instantly contradicts your first claim, because I can only count only 8 games that are available to buy from that list.

Also ignoring some SNES games will not help. Where are Pilotwings, SimCity, Killer Insctinct, Kirby's Dreamland 3? There's more, but you won't consider them good core games for some reason.

SNES was enough to prove your claim wrong.

Wii has to have the most out of all consoles, and I left out several games from my list.

Wii still wins, more core games than you thought huh?

I own one, already know what games it has.  But thanks anyway.

SNES was enough to prove your claim wrong.

How many of those SNES games were produced before the 3rd year was up? not as many as Wii. I was even nice enough to include the entire SNES life span.

Your argument is still stunningly flawed. You didn't set up a timeframe in which to bee considered: I don't know if trestres would have even necessarily disagreed with you if you had said "Nintendo has put out more core gams than in any other generation in a comparable timeframe".

Trestres smeared your Wii list - you might as well change the boundaries of your claim.

That's even more of a strong point. Wii, by mid next year (3.5 years into lfie cycle). Will have more core games than any other Nintendo console, in their entire lifespan. If we were to just count the first 3 years it would be no contest whatsoever, Wii wins.

.....No, that is not the case. If we include all core titles, somebody is going to drop a list that would break the thread.
