ExciteTruck was produced by Monster Games which is in no way owned by Nintendo, Battalion Wars 2 is made by Kuju Entertainment which is the same deal as Monster Games, Punch-Out and Trick Racing weren't made in the first three years.

The first three years end in November of this year.
And Nintendo never actually owned Rare, you realize? And ExciteTruck and Battalion Wars are still Nintendo IPs paid for with Nintendo's money. Nintendo put those games out.




So you want me to not count Rare games, yet count Excite Truck and Battalion Wars 2?
