It's still summer time, that means I live in the time zone UTC+2. GMT = UTC AFAIK so it should be in 1 hour and 5 minutes.

I never considered summer or winter to be important here, but now when I think about it....

They know where people are from by IP addresses and they do check these. German laws get in the way so thats why germany never gets a chance to access betas and thats according to a post in the EU beta forums. I don't know if using a static IP address will help for signing up but IP addresses will be checked

Yous won't see the code for at least 3 days and some of yous won't get them until october either.
