The weak move was to propose a PS3 with an initial price of 600 €/$.
They were weak at that time because it was impossible for them to reduce the production cost.

But again, I STRONGLY believe that the margin is not a question of how many console you sell, but rather how much do you get from each of them by selling games and services.
