Aion is pretty cool BTW. Amazing Graphics and quests. It uses the Crytek engine. Can't wait.

I dunno about the death, but it will give it some serious competition. Which I think WoW needs, they have to stay on their game to keep their status as the mmo king.

I highly doubt that every WoW fan(or enough to make WoW servers unprofitable) would just jump ship for this title.

Wow is just sort of out dated now.  It needs a major graphics reboot and just something fresh.  It time for Wow2

The more competition the better. Aion has a freakish amount of pre-orders and hype, plus already a huge success in South Korea.

Yeah. I think AION has the second most preorder to Modern Warfare 2.

Only WoW can kill WoW: it will die when the community collapses in on itself. This must happen eventually -it always does- but when it will happen is anybody's guess.

Game is too graphically impressive to have 1/4 of the market penetration.

Look at NCsofts stock.  look at Activisions Stock.  NCsoft seems to be doing something right comparied to ActivisionBlizzard.
