Madden 10 lol.
First football game I buy ever and I have been hooked like crazy since I purchased it.

It has a lot more depth and is a lot less repetitive than any other game out there....

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

Metal Gear Solid 4 easily for me, I love the series and this game is a great way to end it off...even if you were asking for my favourite game of all time my answer would not change.
