Forums - General - WTF... Are Mermaids REAL!?

Look at how it swims, if it was a chick the knees would infact BEND alot more... so wtf? >_> MUTANT!

This video is how he "Explains" it, sounds to far-fecthed to me, but human legs do not bend that much while swiming back and forth.

What do you guys think?

eh, that's seems pretty far fetched. Why would a mermaid just swim right toward a camera?

"We'll toss the dice however they fall,
And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

No. No they are not.

When you have fins on you barely have to bend you knees, you just slightly move your ankles.

^ Yeah, but the chupacabra was fairly plausible.

I don't think this is a mermaid though, it a human with flippers could easily swim fast and well.

Yeah, if you've ever actually dived you would know how little movement it actually takes to swim quickly.

*shrugs* I'm not sure about the video but for years people used to think manatee's (I think that's the right animal) were meremaids because of their shapes. Although one mythological creature (The Chupacabra) has been proven to be real recently. Would be interesting if meremaids were too. lol.

Wut?

Wait someone proved the Chupacabra?

Who and where?

I woulda thought this would of been something i would of heard of if the case.

Chupacabra hasn't been proven as far as I know.

clearly a human in disguise, that, or computers were used
