The problem is not that he has an opinion about the graphics, but that he can't talk about anything but the graphics.  Oh well, when in doubt it's always best to trust an "anonymous source"

Sounds like someone who wanted something different, and tried a product that was meant to be a refinement/variant of the same.

adds full multiplayed (all maps and even more maps for this game), firefight, campaign, and who knows what else. so think of it as halo 3. but now you get the two map packs free, and more maps. Plus a new campaign. Subtract the price of the maps packs and the game is like 40$. So 40$ for firefight, new maps, and a new campaign.

And like i said before. The writer isnt downplaying the graphics, his initial hype over a Halo title being released just got crushed since he had high expectations. And then to only find out that the game is just an "expansion" made him feel sad and underwhelmed. Basic as that. That dosent exclude that the game will be just as epic as Halo 3 or less fun. But people like you just read the title, sense the negativity and go bananas and start to twist words.

Does it matter? It'll still do 5 mil easily.
