If it's a podcast, make sure you have a really good audio guy... and you'd probably want at least one "color" guy if you expect it to go past 15 minutes.

I would like to see a video if it was segmented in 10 min. long parts or less.
no please do not doa video!
it will be weird
+ I can't listen to it on my SONY walkman phone then!
Also could you do a small 5 min segment in the podcast where you answer some of the questions WE your lovely community have? (1up used to do that & IGN still do it with their podcasts)!!
obviously questions will be purely & strictly sales based
I prefer a podcast so I can listen it while working. I can't be watching a video since I'm doing other things.
Castlevania Judgment FC: 1161 - 3389 - 1512
3DS Friend Code: 3480-2746-6289
Wii Friend Code: 4268-9719-1932-3069
Podcast would win my vote, though all the ideas sound pretty good. The only thing I would say is please ensure that it doesn't wind up slanted towards any one system. I admit I am a Sony fan through and through, but enjoy finding out about Wii and X360 stuff (competition is good), just my 2 cents.
In my opinion, an audio-only podcast is the preferable option. I am not interested in a videocast, and I am slightly interested in a public chat session.
I think the best option is to talk on the forums or better yet use twitter.
Podcast with community submitted questions at the end!
Maybe a transcript if you're bothered, lots of people dont like watching or listening to things as evidenced in the countless top 10 threads where there is atleast one request for someone to write out the list.
note to self: do not piss off ioi ^^
