Wow....so how long do you think the game was in all?

To be fair I did put a lot of hours into it. Not sure how many but if I didn't have the free time that I was lucky to have I'd probably only be around 50% through.

Well worth it and now I'm hoping I'll have some free time when ODST finally lands.

I couldn't argue with that. It is amazing how Halo 3 still pulls a million copies of sales out of its ass year after  year.

Loved the trailer! Also have ODST preordered, but I didn't get the controller because it wouldn't match my red elite, and I'm picky like that.

Its been preordered since August....nuff said. The Halo ODST bonus controller looks awesome as well  for those who bought the collectors set.

That's the one I'm getting, although it won't match with my Red Elite...

Lucky you! :) I am trying to save money for Uncharted 2 and brace myself for 2010. ::Cringes:: MASS EFFECT!! If I could I would buy the collectors set though.

Basically, good times ahead for everybody!!!


The pandemonium for Halo 3: ODST is already starting over  here.

Had it not been for Modern Warfare 2, it'd be the biggest launch of a game in 2009!! It's started where I live too...

There's always Reach next year I suppose. The hype that game will have is going to be scary.

Probably my favorite trailer this Gen. MS has the best marketing this gen between the Halo and Gears ads....you have to admit.

This was/will be shown on Spike prior to the Band of Brothers airing. I downloaded it yesterday off Live (it's a keeper). I have seen it so many times, and it still awesome. Hopefully MS pushes it on TV between now and the ODST release........we shall see.

Yep, I just saw it on TV a few minutes ago. This was the first time I saw the extended cut, and I felt that it did drag on; I prefer the editted version. It's a great ad though. MS sure knows how to market Halo. I'm not into Halo, but this ad sure got me interested in ODST.
