I'm reviewing this for VGC, and there's one incredibly-frustrating part I'm stuck on because the game gives you no hint as to what to do.  I'm stuck on level 11 (Shutdown), and I supposedly have 30 seconds to hijack this tank.  It doesn't give me any directions on how to do this, and the tank doesn't even appear in the game after the cutscene introducing it.  If the time runs out, the mission is failed and must be restarted.

Is this a gamebreaking glitch or simply poor instructions?

Go to gamefaqs and see. Or Youtube. See how they do it and check if it is a glitch or not.

Neither of those sites have anything about the game.
