I'm actually starting to like the design plus it has a 120 gig hard drive. I used to have a 40 gig one but it got stolen. I ask because alot of people say its awful.

what games should I get? I already have mgs4 and ratchet and clank tools of destruction.

get Killzone 2, Bioshock (is a good deal), and Batman AA (just to have a hip new game) and CODMW2 when it comes out.
those games will keep you playing a rich amount of good games.

but of course pick up Uncharted and the LBP goty edition if you have never played them.

Ooh and even if you dont like rpg's, buy Fallout 3 goty, that will be one hell of a deal when it releases. (my fav game this gen)

definatly going to get uncharted, fallout 3, littlebigplanet and killzone 2 but I already paid in full for mw2 for 360 and already own the others on 360 too. I just want to get a buttload of really good games.

Yes, buy one. I have. It's awesome, and far better than I expected. I've had every PS3 model in my house, and this one is the quietest of them all, and certainly the smallest. I love it. Ignore anyone who says otherwise, as they are unlikely to be talking from experience.

The only thing the new PS3 is louder on is accepting disks into the drive. That's it. Other than that it runs quieter and cheaper (and that's saying something, as the newest fats ran pretty quietly), plays disks quieter, and, to my tastes, looks better.

Yes, get it. It runs dead silent and looks much nicer imo than the fat (no high gloss = no dust/scratches)!

As for games, get Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, and Valkyria Chronicles and you'll be a happy, happy guy.

Devil May Cry
Ninja Gaiden
Little Big Planet
Street Fighter 4

that's a good list of games to pick from. I'm not sure what you like, though.
