Um ... it's an expression used as comparison, e.g. "as easy as taking candy from a baby", to show that something is really easy, basically that you had no real obstacle.
I probably would take your bet except that I already have one on my plate. Settle down, don't go nuts. Do you have a gambling problem or something?
