Yeah as long as its $400 at launch and has great launch games like Halo 4, Gears 3, or Killler Instinct 4.

I would be careful not to put my hand over the teeny-tiny heat vent that thing would have.

On the other hand, I would expect that leaning over it to press the disc eject button might result in some sort of alien launching out and attaching to my face.

Oh god, if the current 360 box shape has heat issues which results in the dreaded RROD, then I can not even fathom what the failure rates of new xbox would be if that was the case.

I have to admit though it does look kinda cool, but not very practical, and at the end of the day I want something practical and efficient, after I'll be playing games on it, not sleeping with it.

I've got to say, some of these concepts I've seen really look cool, very futuristic, so futuristic that some even resemble alien tech, like this for example, frigging looks like a spying drone...and where there's a spy drone, there's the mother ship XD

That looks straight out of Metroid. Either Samus shoots it or grabs it for either additional missiles or 25 life.

I doubt the current shape of the 360 cabinet had much to do with the heat issues... my understanding is that it was due to many factors including insufficient fan strength, motherboard warping due to heat, insufficient heat sink capacity, etc.

But I do agree with you that designing a console to look like this would lead to some very interesting thermal challenges...

It looks "interesting", but I'm not sure I would want my video game system looking like that.
