OP i think if someone already has a XBox that you think is failing or you just wanted a new one and already have a hard drive and stuff then the arcade is fine just transfer the HD over to the arcade, if someone was buying for the first time then id say get the elite.

I don't post on this blogs, I just come here to look at sales chart. But sometimes I will glance at the blogs, and most of them contain dumb questions.

Honestly, the 120 gig hard drive should be enough to warrant a purchase. That is if you plan on downloading anything including demoes or videos or game add-ons.
