Is there good reason to buy Xbox 360 elite over arcade?

OP i think if someone already has a XBox that you think is failing or you just wanted a new one and already have a hard drive and stuff then the arcade is fine just transfer the HD over to the arcade, if someone was buying for the first time then id say get the elite.
