I had a return at my bestbuy when the customer informed me that her PS3 scratched Gears of War disc 2 hours into playing. That is why she's returning.

I remeber back when I use to work at EB, this family buying FIFA for there sons, it was brand new, and the farther was trying to haggle the price down for some reason, anyways he finaly bought it for the same price as was on the box....the next day at work I see the same guy and his family come back trying to refund the game, the DVD was scratched to the shit house, he claimed he bought the game like that, and he wants a refund because it doesn't work, my co-worker was handling that customer at the time but I interjected that no the DVD was not like that because I my self had sold him the game the day before, and it was brand new...the guy was pissed and called the manager, after the manager heard what was going on he said no to the refund and informed him why not, and then the funny bastered when on to say "sir if you had purchased a game garentee with the game yesterday along with the game, then we would not be here right now as the game would of been repaced free of charge", it made selling game garentees easier to all the customer that had been there through out this whole incident. XD
Ah yes, some fun times at retail...but better fun was had in my call center job, mute the fuckers, and if they really got annoying...ooops the call dropped out, I wonder what could of happened...something you can not do in retail. XD
