The increased PS3 Slim failure rates could be another Microsoft conspiracy. They could have performed tests on PS3 Slims - to ensure the PS3 systems broke down through sabbotaging PS3 Slims by wrapping them up in towels and over heating them. Spread bad news about PS3 to slow down sales. Microsoft were spreading the rumours of PS3 price cut around 12 months ago or something - that slowed down PS3 system sales. "Hold out for the $299 PS3" Within 12 months they were correct.
