So I just checked /b/ cause I like to be trendy, and there was this guy who kept spamming the same thing over and over again.

He kept saying "I am sorry if you are a pedophile but I respect your position. take a look at this." then he posts a link that I will never click on.

I mean what is the deal. 4chan has always been troll hell but come on.

i went there for the first time when there was that controversy over it possibly being blocked by some isps

what i found was that if i stayed there, i may get tossed on the no fly list

but yeh be careful man, everything online is trackable, one false click and youre now gary glitter.

There's been tons of spammers on 4chan lately, and /b/ is where stupidity breeds.

Ignore it. /b/ is just not worth the spam and the images you don't want to see.

/b/ is anonymous, so trying to follow people or respond to them is futile. And moderation consists only of getting rid of stuff that could have the site shut down (but they leave it up long enough for people to download it, of course).

If you want to know about the (slightly) interesting side of /b/, look at Encyclopedia Dramatica. It documents a lot of memes and collisions of /b/ with real life. Although it does have shock images everywhere, so maybe not.

I've never been to 4chan, but I've heard crap like that plagues that site. Imagine if VGChartz was overrun with spammers like that. I shudder at the thought.

I have been on encyclopedia dramatica before and While there is plenty of really funny stuff, there's also plenty of morally reprehensible stuff that makes me die a little inside.
