Forums - Sony - What JRPG's will you buy in 2010 for the PS3?

Der!!!! FFXIII man lol. White Knight Chronicles(although im still very pissed at Level 5 for delaying it till 2010 in the first place). Resonance of Fate looks BADASS. Want to hear more on the story, combat has me sold. Alteriea Rorona looks decent. Tales of Vesperia maybe if it even comes out in NA.

If I owned a PS3:

Definite:

FF XIII
Resonance of Fate
ToV (if it comes over)

Maybe, but not for a long time in favor of better games:

Atelier Rorona
Last Rebellion
SO4 (if there's a port)

Meh at the rest.

well with a warranting list like that maybe you should :D

Well my PSP is getting all the love from now till 2010 but since this is about PS3...

Resonance of Fate

Last Rebellion

Tales of Vesperia

White Knight Chronicles

Star Ocean: The Last Hope

Atelier Rorona

Final Fantasy XIII

Trinity Universe

Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll

---

Black and Red = Day 1 for sure... Yellow = Maybe (In SO4's case if its even ported which i doubt but its possible.) ... and bright pink = Purely to compare the PS3 and 360 more then likely will get little enjoyment out of it, i just want to compare the two HD console version to see if its up to par like they say it will be.

The one from FromSoftware looks neat to, but it looks stupid so...

Every one I can get my hands on, just like for the Wii.

How do you find time for so many JRPGs?  Do you pass over the smaller features of them and just rush through story or what?   I still have some marks in FF XII I need to hunt.

I've never been a 100% complete kind of guy.  I do the side quests that I'll enjoy while I play through the story, and if I love the game then I'll work on some more, but I never feel required to do everything there is to do.  I really like story driven games, so when the story finishes in a JRPG I lose alot of my drive to continue.

...

Record of Agarest War on PSN, FFXIII, WKC, and Last Rebellion. Star Ocean if it comes to PS3, and Tales of Vesperia if it comes to NA.

Who would have though that it would take that long for the PS3 to become a decent JRPG's system? I expect Gust, Level 5 and Nippon Ichi to continue support it with exclusives and hopefully Atlus will do the same.

Who would have thought Microsoft would feel the need to BUY Sony out of the JRPG market at no advantage to them (microsoft), but just to slow down the PS3 for the first half of the generation?

I guess nobody can predict rape, but it happens every day.

̶3̶R̶D̶   2ND! Place has never been so sweet.

Resonance of fate

dont care about the rest.
