Ronstoppable will be the first.
1st Microsoft, 2nd SEGA, 3rd microsoft and 4th sony
but the gen will start when sony launches ps4 lol
Nintendo and Microsoft will launch a console in the same year, then Sony in the next year.
I think it's too early to tell.. I'm not gonna guess.

Microsoft, but not until 2012. Maybe Nintendo will realease its new console that year too.
Sony won't be first, but not for lack of trying. They were so cocky about the PS3 that it's unlikely that they started development on the successor console back when they should have, and while they have probably started by now, they're playing catch-up. They won't have a successor ready by the time the other two companies do.
That leaves Nintendo and Microsoft, who will stare each other down as long as they dare. But one of them will eventually have to blink first, and Microsoft's dependency on the upgrade cycle combined with Nintendo's continued dominance with the Wii will cause them to try and release first again.
Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

Microsoft or Nintendo It's close.
Microsoft depending on the next year or so if they can manage to get profits after the price cut and if they maintain second place or not. If sales keep dropping even with price cuts I believe that will push them to release a console sooner - but I expect the 360 to be out another 2-3 years before their next system.
Nintendo because they could probably sell boat loads of the Wii HD - and it could probably be easily backwards with Wii games so the Wii would still be viable for years.
I think Sony won't because they seem pretty serious about the ten year plan - to regain profits and sell some of their systems. They've lost quite a bit of money on the PS3 and probably want to get that money back so I doubt they are even working on a PS4 right now.
It's just that simple.

No, first off it doesn't matter how much sony talks about the 10 year plan if no one buys the system.
Secondly the idea of a Wii HD is retarded, since why would nintendo split their market when they are making boatloads of sales and profits, think for minute, they are already selling boatloads of Wii, and are outselling the competition, clearly people don't care about HD
