okay so i've been thinking of getting a psp for a while now, mostly because i want crisis core ff7. seeing as how i prefer digital media for consoles/portables i am going to get the 3000. i noticed the nice dissidia bundle which i will most likely get. not digging the silver psp as much as the black but i guess its better for avoiding fingers prints (60gb ps3 owner here).

okay so what i want to know is some good rpgs for the psp... i am not buying the psp yet as i am waiting till i buy books n shit for college to see how my funds are. also, if i wait till october will the dissidia bundle still be available?

i also saw rumors of a 4000. i dont really know the validity of the rumors, but do u think its worth waiting for?

are there any issues with the 3000? i heard of lcd issues right after launch, are these fixed?

Just buy a 3000 with a memory stick. The 4000 won't come till next year.

If you look closely, the screen will show scan lines. It's barely noticible though, and it's much, much less annoying than the terrible pixel refresh rate of the 1000 and 2000 models.

i just watched an unboxing of the ratchet and clank bundle and noticed that the game/movie that came with the psp dont have game cases? wtf is that all about?

im not sure y ppl cant just go to the OFFICAL PSP GAMES LIST IN THE STICKY SECTION....all the good PSP games are there

They pretty much summed up the good bunch of RPGs on the system.
And from what I've heard is that the 3000's screen is perfectly fine.
The whole "scan line" thing was blown out of proportion. You may notice it but its not that bad.

The 4000 rumor is bull****.

pspgo 32gb could happen, but still no umd.

buy the 3000 ROCK BAND unplugged bundle. 4gb memory stick included and the game is awesome, like a interactive mp3 player since is portable.

There is portal credits "still alive" track to download free on PSN also.


Dissidia bundle ony has 2GB memory stick, and is white , ughhh

I would also recommend download a bunch of the psone RPG's from the psn. You already have a ps3, so you might already have them downloaded, which is good, because you won't have to pay again ;)
