Forums - Gaming - Which is the greatest British Game ever?

In commemoration of Rocksteady's momentous achievement with 'Batman: Arkham Asylum', I thought I'd patriotically pose the following question:

What is the best British-developed video game ever?

I made a list of a few British games and developers on this thread http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=82035, but to get your thoughts rolling I propose considering the following:

Lemmings

Goldeneye

Tomb Raider

Grand Theft Auto 4

Donkey Kong Country

Rome: Total War

Worms

Wii code: 1534 8127 5081 0969

Brawl code: 1762-4131-9390

Viva Pinata
Banjo Kazooie

It's got to be a Rare one. You can't dislike all of DKC, BK and Goldeneye/PD simultaneously. So I'm saying Banjo Tooie.

Goldeneye 007

It's hard to choose between Rare's best (DKC, Banjo and the FPSs) but if pressured i'd have to give it to Goldeneye. I actually think PD was the better game but for impact i'd have to give it to Goldeneye.

for me it's probably between.. Fable II and GTAIV

Of the ones you listed, Rome: Total War.
