Craan probably just assumed that guilty was Mafia or j0 messed up that part.  I mean, the only other way Craan would get that wrong is if... he was mafia.

I asked a few questions since Day 1 concluded and I haven't been able to add much to the conversation. I will say that I'm enjoying the story unravel. I'm just taking it all in and trying to form my opinion.

I think everyone so far has a pretty decent case!

@Words of Wisdom: If I was the arsonist, I would be making a Hell of a bluff, wouldn't I? Even if I forced the fireman to reveal himself, I would be sealing my own fate just by mentioning it. Even if the fireman doesn't reveal himself, I would still die.

Me being the arsonist doesn't make sense in light of that - I would be eliminating my ability to win altogether.

Unless you killed the cop with fire and took this gamble on the off chance that it might work.  Still, that doesn't quite make sense. 

I'll feel better about you after Craan investigates you.  Best outcome tomorrow is that Soleron turns out to be mafia, you turn out to be innocent.  And you know what?  If you still feel like I'm suspicious tomorrow, we can have Craan investigate me then.  Then you'll be clear, I'll be clear, Craan will be proven sane, and maybe you can stop fighting me on every point long enough for the three of us to take down the mafia 3-Amigo style.

Well, maybe Phoenix Wright style instead.  Craan can be Gumshoe, I'll be Phoenix Wright, and you can be... well... you can be Edgeworth.  You're grumpy enough. 

That plan only works based on the assumption that

1. Craan is sane

2. Both of you are town.

Anyway, about the pressing matters today, we have two currents, Khuutra is suggesting to hold on a turn to get the Craan's investigation going and then decide upon that. WoW is suggesting to kill Soleron and then see how things go

Khuutra, I see a flaw in your reasoning. It depends exclusively on Craan's ability to come up alive today. That means, he needs to be protected by both the doctor and you (assuming you're firefighter). That basically gives the mafia and the arsonist one free kill each this night.

Also, who'd you be planning to kill today while we hold up?

WoW's suggestion seems to me more plausible

As to the problem of him living? We'll see. I'm not entirely sure how big a problem he's going to have, insofar as that goes.

Honestly, the sanity of Craan is too risky to make a judgment on. After Khuutra's scan, we will either be back at Square One or we are one step closer. Of course this assumes Craan will scan you and is a cop.

You're also assuming I can accurately predict the arsonist's next move, assuming he doesn't come after me now that I've revealed myself.

We can't afford to do No Lynch two days in a row.
