So let me ask you all this. What ever happened to a/o games? I remember (I believe) it was a 007 game for the N64 that was a/o then after a while it was like nothing then manhunt cam along and .. well after manhunt it kinda went away... why have the rating a/o if you never use it?

All three console makers don't allow them on their console. So AO only exists on PC, and as AngelFire said, no major store will stock them. So basically they are limited to PC exclusive downloadables. Most of them are porn or even rape simulators. Manhunt 2 is going to be released AO on the PC only though.
