In Uncharted you have to delete your original save data and start a new game after applying the trophy patch. That could be why they are not working.

did you check your trophies in the ps3 menu only when you finished the game? i mean, did the trophies gone after beating the game ?

Do you have other trophy enabled games to try? Maybe it is as everyone says to do with your uncharted save.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
