That would fit with it being the "Legend" of Okami, the legend behind okami.

I'd hope any supposed sequel is for Wii.

I'm a man that likes consistency. Really, my OCD forces me to like things that are consistent. I own Okami for Wii, and a sequel would best sit alongside the first for Wii.

Of course, if it were announced for ps3/360 (highly unlikely, imo), I could always just get it on ps3 and track down the ps2 version of the original.

I'm most worried about the developer, tbh. If they don't get Platinum Games on it, it probably won't be all that great.

Kinda like how DMC4 and RE5 didn't really bring much improvement over their predecessors, aside from the graphics. The masterminds behind these franchises are no longer at Capcom.

You mean the 'five' Capcom exclusives for the Gamecube that ended up being two Capcom exclusives? (Resident Evil Zero and REmake)

The Wii version sold substantially more than the PS2 version, so if this is a sequel it'll definitely be on Wii.  Possbly multiplatform, but definitely on Wii.
