do you expect Capcom to announce MHP3 at E3?  remember how no one cared about MHP2G at this year's E3?

MH sells the best in Japan, so as PSP games, it make more sense to announce MHP3 in Japan.

i don't think the announcement of MHP3 on PSP will dampen the legs of MH3 (if there is any).  even 80-year-old grandma in Japan see that coming.

I have my fingers crossed for Final Fight HD.

They'll probably just announce psp/ds games and show game play vids of the announced console games..

So if everyone is expecting it, why would Capcom break their necks to show something that was probably thrown together in a matter of weeks at TGS and possibly cut the sales from the version of the game that actually matters? MH3 still has to sell through the holidays, it would be a stupid move on Capcom's part to announce sloppy seconds for the PSP so soon when they don't have to.

This is, of course, taking into account that Nintendo didn't secure some type of exclusivity contract, which a lot of the people screaming about a PSP version seem to ignore.

I can see an announcement of Ace Attorney 5. Investigations was handled by a different team, so I wouldn't be suprised if the main team has been working on the next numbered game.

because the sale of MH3 was not as good as they have hoped?  j/k.

and to be honest, it's MH on PSP.  even just the official announcement of the title will be enough to get Japanese gamers excited.

in my opinion, announcing MHP3 at TGS09 will only help the sell of MH3 through the holidays.

this sale pattern of MH3 is almost identical to that of MH2.  if Capcom don't manage to get people hype about MH, MH3 may end up selling at around 1 million copies.  i am sure Capcom expects more than that.

anyway, we will have to wait to find out, it's only a month away.

i want some new ip's, i would like a bof game as well.
