EA made more money off PS3 than they did on the 360. So yeah Sony is more important to EA.

Imagine the damage done if Sony didn't have EA Sports.

@gera4390 I think EA will maybe try to talk to Sony and attack them. But Sony can just say whatever. I mean they don't know who did it. Sony them selves did not say it. It was leaked. Maybe if it gets out EA may try to look better by finally patching things and custom soundtrack may change and other things. And if anything it just may make other companies cautious when working with Sony, maybe. I just think now EA has a better relationship with Sony. They aren't going to pull support now. When all this happened it was at the beginning of PS3's lifecycle.

or how do we know that this guy is not from MS , I mean someone said that this guy had the info about the ps3 slim before it was released that gained him credibility :S how do we know that the info comes from MS espionage. and this guy is making look MS that it has never had to do with it, and is some kind of sabotage to break relations with EA :S and I think EA sports is very important for sony in america, and that is my theory of conspiracy, espionage and sabotage! :D

I mean I don't wanna believe this but is a posibility for me :P, if things work good I'll think it was a guy from sony that tried to tell this to people so they could do something about it , and if sony breaks completly with EA I'll think of that MS dude:P

Xbox 360 -  $570M

PS3 - $454M

The EA forums have turned to crap now - literally - as PS3 fanboys are posting scat pictures on there and saying things like "i hope your newborns get cancer and die". Sad.

Madden sales have been dropping. A lot of my friends didn't bother getting Madden. The new thing is NCAA, which I guess is also EA Sports, so whatever.

Either way, they both benefit off each other. So for EA to be a dick like this looks VERY bad and is extremely selfish.

I can't really ever see SONY cutting off EA... their sports games do so well on the system which bring BOTH EA and SONY money. It would be pretty bad news for SONY if those games went 360 exclusive...

I hope it's wrong too. I hope maybe the just didn't want to infringe on the patent. But soon I'm sure we will get a statement from Sony saying "nothing like that happened it's just some guy making stuff up that has an inside look in the industry and now is usuing his power to cause...," something or another.I don't know the word i'm looking for lol.

Then I'm sure EA will say something like. "We couldn't have a better relationship with Sony and value what we have and wouldn't do anything to Jeopardize that."

Although they both would be lying throught there teeth if this is all true.
