I think people shouting racism are saying more about their preoccupation with race than anything. I'm not saying the person who did the photoshopping wasn't doing it for racist reasons, but anyone who truly doesn't care about race might instantly see that perhaps they changed the face because they thought the man was too old, or not attractive enough.
