A little late to this but figured I would throw on the almighty opinion -

PSP - Persona 1 remake. Very hyped after selling my PS1 copy for $90+ not too long ago when the announcement was rumored.

DS - Scribblenauts by far.

Had high interest in Soul Calibur but heard no online :( Tekken PSP is still up there though.

It's just that simple.
