Forums - Microsoft - WET demo is up on XBLM.

Downloaded and enjoyed it! All I can say is if you like Quentin Tarantino films you will find plenty to enjoy in this game.

How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to KinectPS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

This isnt bad at all. You kids don't know a fun game when you see it...

Its slightly reprtitive and graphics are not cutting edge...but its visually stylish, music rocks, and gameplay is genuenly challenging and fun.

I died like 5 times on that square where you have to close the shutters...

Only gripe is that you can't skip cinematics after you die.

so we are kids cause we didn't like it?

i know a fun game when i see it and this feels like "done before" when i played it it felt like a game called Total Overdose alot.

and wow you died 5 times? , i thought the AI is dumb, at one point i was standing still aiming at their heads as they charge into rubi, if you take damage all you have to do is slide then you can win a level easily. unlike max payne the bullet time is infinit.

You can do that but they respawn endlesly... you need to close the shutters to beat that part...not slide in bullett time. I couldn't figue out where to climb up to close the 3rd shutter...

edit - I can't believe youd say this game was "done before". We have FPS games coming out every week that play exactly the same as the one next week...music games are coming every 2 months... Yet because this is similar to Stranglehold, its been "done before". This is slighly more fluid than stranglehold and besides, any other games like this and stranglehold this gen?

Some people are just ridiculously picky I've noticed. As my earlier post stated it gives off that Quentin Tarantino film feel. If you don't like his film style you likely won't enjoy this game. I found it just as fun as stranglehold if not better than. It's not GOTY material but it's a fun game and that's what's most important to me. It doesn't ahve to be so good that I buy it day one for me to enjoy the game either.

Well , been a Total overdose, Stranglehold and of course Max payne fan this game will be lots of fun for me.

Some of you may not have liked it, but just like stranglehold the key element to this game is the style in which you kill the enemies and of course racking up big multipliers.

This game oozes style.

Day one purchase for sure.

Anyone who aint checked the demo go check it out now, its a fair sized demo.

@ LordMatrix and Ronstar

Somehow I associate this style of gaming with Sega. This arcadey, non BS, straight to being fun games are what Sega cut their teeth on in the arcade and brought home to their consoles.

NinjaBlade was like that and so was this demo.

Yup, no one does pure no nonsense pick up and play fun like Sega.

Crazy taxi, Streets of Rage, Virtua Tennis, House of the Dead ect.

They do serious lengthy EPIC classics too of course (Shenmue & Jet Set radio been prime examples).

I liked Ninja blade, i still have unfinished business on that game.

disolitude, Did you play Eat lead: the return Of matt hazard? I found that game quirky and fun too (For a small price, not worth full retail price)

Ninja Blade is such a fun game. Too bad soo many people down played it because of the button sequences. The game was total nonstop action from the moment I pressed start to the credits at the end of the game. It's sad how underrated such a gem is IMO.

I paid £9.99 for Eat lead and it was worth every penny.

If you saw it for say $10-$15 then i would defo reccomend it.

Its got slapstick B movie humour and pays homage to games like Halo, Mario and the origional Wolfenstein you'll get a laugh out of it gauranteed.
