It's that whole fakeness about her.
Like a preschool teacher talking to little kids is how she present herself on stage.

That's not fake. That's poor public speaking. Fake would be putting on the air of being exactly what the audience wanted, and not meaning any of it.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

it is because she isnt a smooth talker like Phil Harrison was.

That's uh... that's really not healthy. You should probably see someone about that...

I'm saying Fake because she seems like she is acting a role rather than giving a presentation.
I'd say that Sony's motion control people have poor public speaking skills as they were very nervous and stumbled at times.

A stage presence is acting out a role. She just does it poorly.

Wildvine53 is right. She is not employed for you, she is employed to develop better relationships with women and the wider mainstream audience. In this respect she obviously must be learning (Dennise is much better at handling the "core" media market though).
“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

I suppose.
I don't think some of the presenters are acting though, but rather being themselves when they talk to audience.
i don't care about her, it's not like she makes my gaming experience more or less fun.

Which is the "candid" kind, which I think Cammie tries to splice with a proper stage presence. Actually, that's probably her biggest problem. She tries to be candid, but doesn't seem confident enough to actually be candid.
