Am I the only one to think of

everytime someone mentions Heavy rain?
OT: Here is hoping for an awesome replay-value.

I remember the first time I saw the first scene of the game, when you discover that you seem to have killed a guy in a restaurant. It was a really enjoyable experience, destroyed by an absurd ending. I hope they make a round game this time, with an ending at least as good as the rest of the game, a lot of fans of this type of gaming experience will be thankful. |
The game was rushed to release so they didn't pace the story the way they intended. They aren't going to make that mistake again which is why they delayed it to 2010. Also, Cage wants the story to be as realistic as possible.
CGI, the celestial and eternal guardian of Heavy Rain.
Slime beast, the gooey and ugly monster of the swamp!
=P

Didn't Free Radical use a similar line to hype Haze?
And let's not forget GTAIV's "Oscar worthy" story.

[Spoilers]
I don't get it. The superior ending, where you make the deal and stop your cycle of revenge, you yet again get sucked in and have to kill Demetri. Nico changed for the better, but ended up getting sucked back in again. So are they justifying Kate by saying you should have chose revenge and make Niko continue in his killings that ruined his life?
Or if you do revenge, you end up doing revenge again. I guess, in that one Nico gets what he deserves for not letting go and escaping the cycle in the first place.
And most of the story was pure fluff and stuff I didn't care about until I got to Nico's old comrade (I really liked how the guy showed Nico's hypocricy [how much Nico charges for another person's life] and how much of a monster he himself has become due to his obessesion in getting revenge).
The stories of the individual characters were interesting, but nothing really special. It's only the beginning arc that's interesting, and once you get to Bohan it's boring story wise. I don't even know what I'm doing. The stuff with Packie is good and fun. The rest of his brothers not so much until you're sent to assasinate either one.
IDK, in the end, I didn't really feel that sympathetic for Nico, unless you as the player decide to make him change his ways.

Did I say you said that? I suggest reading more carefully yourself. I said I don't believe you have all your facts straight, meaning in general, which you don't. Like I said bud, I don't care to argue with you on this topic, I really don't...It's like you enjoy arguing about this. If that's the case, oh well, I'd rather not. You've made your opinion quite clear, so don't further quote me, thanks... |
How about u stop arguing first then? It's you who can't keep your fingers off the quote button and giving me orders whenever you see me talk in Heavy Rain threads.
