Maybe it will require you to be nude and use your joystick to control movement, while your other hand is for gun/actions. Obviously only guys can play.

This sounds a lot like what FPS are currently on the Wii.

Which will then beg the question, will they get any better critical reception than those have.

quite possibly an even worse reception.  on the wii there aren't a whole lot of shooters to choose from, can't say the same about the HD twins.

The publishers could make tons of money if they release a shooter for Natal AND standard controllers.

Even better in one game, but hell I'd buy even two versions of the same game if I could play with my gun.

Yeah ill just stick to controllers, Natal will be huge thought.

I respect Rare, I also think this view is vague and a little suspect on the independance front.
Unless we're talking shooter on rails, or someone comes up with something really amazing, Natal is a stretch for shooters - if by that we mean FPS/TPS such as Halo/Gears.
